Sally Thomas was an integral part of the Newnan community, recognized for her professional dedication and kind-hearted spirit. As an Exercise Physiologist at Piedmont, she devoted her career to helping others achieve their health and fitness aspirations. Utilizing her extensive knowledge in exercise science, she promoted wellness and recovery among her clients, positively impacting many lives.
Growing up in Newnan, Sally was an enthusiastic student at Newnan High School, where her passion for physical fitness flourished. This enthusiasm propelled her toward higher education in exercise science. She began her studies at Georgia College and State University in 2010, laying the foundation for her future career. The following year, she advanced her education at the University of West Georgia, further developing her skills.
From 2012 to 2014, Sally attended Georgia State University, where she deepened her understanding of kinesiology and exercise science. This education provided her with a strong grasp of human movement and health principles, which she applied in her professional roles. Before becoming an Exercise Physiologist, Sally accumulated valuable experience in customer service and fitness management.
Sally worked as a Front Desk Associate at Onelife Fitness – Newnan Sports Club from 2011 to 2014. In this role, she greeted members with warmth and ensured a positive experience for all. Later, she served as a Customer Service Representative at Aspen Dental in Newnan from 2014 to 2015, where her attentiveness and friendly nature were widely appreciated.

Outside of her professional life, Sally was a devoted wife to her husband, Josh Thomas. Together, they nurtured a loving home, supporting one another in both personal and professional endeavors.
